Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using the Fairyland app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please delete the app.

2. Age Restrictions

The app is designed for children ages 2-7. Users under 18 must use the app under parental supervision. Purchases may only be made by adult parents.

3. Premium Purchases

Available purchase options depend on the app version and your App Store region. The localized price and purchase type are shown before confirmation. Selected stories and daily activities remain free; coloring is free and unlimited for everyone.

Lifetime Premium, when offered: A one-time non-consumable purchase. Premium access has no expiration date and does not automatically renew. It unlocks the available classic and bedtime story library, their puzzles, and unlimited game plays.
Restore purchases: After reinstalling or changing devices, use the same Apple account and select Restore purchases in the parent-only store. A restored lifetime purchase does not require another payment. Purchases and restoration require an internet connection.
Existing monthly or annual subscriptions: Valid subscriptions continue to provide Premium access until expiration. They automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Current subscription pricing is displayed by Apple. Manage or cancel via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Purchasing Lifetime Premium does not cancel an existing subscription.
Refunds: Requests are handled by Apple under its applicable policies; approval is not guaranteed. Apple refund procedure

4. Content Ownership

All texts, images, audio recordings, and game designs in the app belong to İsmet Deniz Balta or are licensed. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". The developer does not warrant that the app will operate uninterrupted or error-free. The developer is not liable for any damages that may arise from your child's use of the app.

6. Changes to Terms

The developer reserves the right to change these terms. Changes will be announced within the app.
